We start from just £7

We receive funding from Bradford and Airedale NHS Primary Care Trust, therefore we're able to provide counselling at the lowest possible cost to you. That is why you will pay between just £7 and £32 depending on your ciircumstances.

Why not book a free initial appointment and see if we're right for you. There's no committment, nothing to pay and nothing to lose.

We may be able to provide a limited number of sessions for less than £7 in cases where there is exceptional hardship. Please ask us about this. We would prefer that everyone who needs counselling gets it at the time when they need it most.
