Our opening hours are extremely flexible, so don't worry if you have a full time job or daytime committments. we're open 6 days a week, including Saturdays and selected evenings. 

Monday 9am - 5pm 

Tuesday 9am - 8pm

Wednesday 9am - 5pm

Thursday 9am - 8pm

Friday 9am - 5pm

Saturday 9am - 1pm

Please arrive as close to your appointment time as you can so your counsellor is available to answer the door. Unfortunately counsellors will not be able to interrupt their session to let you in if you arrive too early.

We provide counselling and therapy to many areas in West Yorkshire, Bradford and Aire Valley, including Keighley and Bingley.
