Airevalley Counselling & Therapy has been funded by Bradford and Airedale NHS Primary Care Trust since 1996 to provide low cost talking therapies to adults aged 16 years and over in Keighley and other areas of Bradford and Aire Valley. We have an outstanding proven track record of helping people achieve better mental and emotional well-being. 

We really can help

Our discrete and confidential service provides over 4000 hours of therapy to 100's of people  each year and helps with issues such as abuse, anger, addictions, bereavement, depression, stress, pregnancy, mental health, anxiety, phobias, trauma, loss, panic attacks, change and transitions, confidence, self-esteem, childhood issues, relationships, work issues, breakdown, weight/eating issues, wanting to stop smoking, feeling 'stuck' and much more.

The evidence speaks for itself

Nearly 100% of the clients we asked at Airevalley Counselling & Therapy said that they felt their mental and emotional well-being had improved by the end of their therapy. 75% of clients who reported having severe mental health issues and 87.5% of clients who reported having moderately severe mental health issues said that they had NONE at the end of therapy.
